Dr. Antonia Francis Oladipo is a double board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist, specializing in maternal-fetal medicine and a clinical translational scientist. She is an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine and Director of Research at Hackensack University Medical Center.
As a maternal-fetal medicine specialist, her focus is caring for pregnant women with issues that impact both maternal and fetal health. Pregnancy is a unique time in a woman's life that when compounded with high risk complications, can be worrisome and confusing. Her role is to guide and educate her patients to ensure that they are informed participants in their care. Her expertise and special interests include cardiac disease, cancer in pregnancy, endocrine disorders, autoimmune disease, and the perinatal microbiome. She works closely with her partners in the Center for Abnormal Placentation.
Her additional roles focus on translational research development and production with medical students, residents, and faculty. Her creation of an OB/GYN research program facilitates and improves student learners and faculty members to be well-positioned for research success. She is actively involved in multiple research projects as principal investigator.
