I am a Professor at the Ben Gurion University of the Negev, acting director of Fetal- Maternal Unit B in the Division of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Soroka University Medical Center. I am a Maternal and Fetal Medicine specialist, providing care for women with pregnancy complications from various ethnical backgrounds. Hence, I devote my research to clinical as well as epidemiological and basic science aspects of human pathological conditions during pregnancy. I have published studies regarding pregnancy complications and long-term maternal and offspring morbidity of different ethnical populations, and investigated risk factors and long- term outcomes of pregnancies complicated with preterm deliveries.
