Legal Defense Specialist
Resources for Abortion Delivery

Brynn Weinstein is the Legal Defense Specialist at Resources for Abortion Delivery (RAD). In this role, Brynn oversees RAD’s legal defense work, which focuses on abortion providers’ legal needs, and collaborates on the development and implementation of RAD’s Abortion Provider Legal Defense Fund. Previously, she served as a Staff Attorney on RAD’s legal team, where she provided pro bono legal compliance advice to abortion providers across the country. Prior to RAD, Brynn worked at Planned Parenthood Federation of America on the Consortium of Abortion Providers team, where she assisted Planned Parenthood affiliates facing and responding to TRAP restrictions. Brynn graduated magna cum laude from American University Washington College of Law and cum laude from Illinois Wesleyan University.
