Molly joined the Center for Reproductive Rights in 2015 as a legal fellow and became a staff attorney in 2016. She is responsible for litigating reproductive rights cases in the United States. Molly first worked at the Center in 2013 as a legal intern. Before rejoining the Center, Molly served as a law clerk to the Honorable Denny Chin of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. She previously interned at the Innocence Project where she worked to exonerate wrongfully convicted prisoners through DNA testing. Molly also published a note comparing the constitutionality of compelled speech mandated by Crisis Pregnancy Center disclosure ordinances and pre-abortion biased physician counseling laws under the First Amendment. Molly received her J.D. with honors from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and her M.P.H. with honors from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. At Cardozo, Molly was Editor in Chief of the Cardozo Law Review, President of Law Students for Reproductive Justice, and received the Dr. Samuel Belkin Award for exceptional contribution to the growth and development of the law school. She graduated cum laude from Princeton University, majoring in ecology and evolutionary biology with a minor in the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs.
