Dr. Hye Heo is an Associate Professor at NYU Langone Health System who is a board-certified diplomat of ABOG in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Maternal Fetal Medicine and ABPM in Clinical Informatics. She is the Vice Chair of Clinical Informatics, Director of Diabetes in Pregnancy and Director of Maternal Fetal Medicine Fellowship Program at NYU Langone Hospital- Long Island. She serves as the NYU Langone Health System’s Physician Informaticist for the department of Obstetrics & Gynecology, Glycemic Control Oversight Group, and Executive Patient Safety Committee.

Nationally, Dr. Heo is the Chair of the Society of Maternal Fetal Medicine Clinical Informatics Committee and serves on the Epic Obstetric Steering Board and MFM Think Tank. Her clinical and research focuses on incorporating the use of health IT innovations within the specialty to improve obstetricians’ quality of care, productivity and the patients’ digital experience.
