My background provides me a strong foundation in the rigorous quantification of biologic processes. My experience includes design, implementation, and analysis of a range of basic science, animal model, and clinical research endeavors. Facilitated by my background in biomedical engineering, my works have focused on the robust quantification of complex processes with the goal of translating bench discoveries to practice-changing interventions.
My unique perspective as both a Biomedical Engineer and a Maternal Fetal Medicine physician positions my work to implement clinically meaningful techniques. My current research focuses include novel sonographic strategies for placental quantification and application of modern data analytics to common challenges in clinical obstetrics all united by a focus on multi-disciplinary collaboration.
