Michael C. Braun, MD (he/him/his)

Michael C. Braun M.D. is the Chief of the Division of Pediatric Nephrology at Baylor College of Medicine, and a Professor of Pediatrics and Obstetric and Gynecology. He serves as the Chief of Renal Services at Texas Children’ Hospital. He is a graduate of Princeton University and the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He completed his Pediatric Residency at Northwestern University, followed by Pediatric Nephrology Fellowship at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. He was a research fellow at the Laboratory of Clinical Investigation at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) where he was the recipient of a Fellow’s Award For Research Excellence. He is a member of the Society for Pediatric Research and a Fellow of the American Society of Nephrology.
