Roni Zemet Lazar, MD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Molecular and Human Genetics at Baylor College of Medicine. She earned her medical degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Hadassah Medical School, and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Sheba Medical Center in Israel. Dr. Zemet Lazar then completed a fellowship in medical genetics and genomics at Baylor College of Medicine. Her clinical and research interests are primarily focused on prenatal and preconception genetics, aiming to advance our understanding and care in these critical areas.
