Dr. Jeffrey Meltzer is a board-certified OB/GYN physician with over 25 years of clinical practice experience. He currently serves as Senior Medical Director Reproductive Health at Natera. He leads medical affairs initiatives with academic health systems as well as national strategic partnerships. He is a member of the corporate Ethics Council and leads value-based care efforts in Women’s Health.
Prior to joining Natera, Dr. Meltzer served as Medical Director of Community Medicine and Women’s Health at Indiana University Health Physicians and was lead physician of the clinical effectiveness Council at the 16-hospital system.
Dr. Meltzer received his Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies at Emory University in Atlanta where he also received his MD degree. Dr. Meltzer completed his OB/GYN residency at the University of Maryland in Baltimore. Finally, he obtained an MBA in healthcare management at Auburn University in Auburn Alabama.
He currently resides in Indianapolis Indiana with his wife Leigh, also an OB/GYN physician. He is the president and founder of the Indiana Health Fund, a nonprofit created to help Hoosiers avoid bankruptcy because of illness or medical debt.
