Dr. Rottenstreich MD MBA, obtained his MD degree from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel, and completed his residency training in Obstetrics & Gynecology with high distinction at the Shaare Zedek Medical Center affiliated with the Hebrew University. At this tertiary care perinatal center, with around 22,000 deliveries per annum, he developed his clinical interests in Maternal-Fetal Medicine. Dr. Rottenstreich than relocated to Ontario, Canada, where he undertakes the Maternal-Fetal Medicine fellowship program at McMaster University.
Dr. Rottenstreich has co-authored over 120 peer-reviewed original articles, reviews, and book chapters, and his research has been presented at numerous national and international congresses. His clinical and research interests focus on all aspects of prenatal diagnosis and management of both fetal and placental disorders, with a focus on fetal growth restriction, twin pregnancies, preterm birth, opretive deliveries, and the implications of pregnancy's complications on the woman's future reproductive and obstetrics outcomes.
Dr. Rottenstreich mentors undergraduate and postgraduate students and residents in foundational sciences papers and theses. Dr. Rottenstreich welcomes the opportunity to collaborate on research projects with physicians and scientists around the world.
