Juliana Sanchez Gebb, MD, is an Attending Physician at the Richard D. Wood Center for Fetal Diagnosis and Treatment at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology in Surgery at the Perelman School of Medicine of the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Gebb earned her medical degree from Columbia University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York and then completed her training in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the Montefiore Medical Center of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. After completing her training, she worked as an Assistant Professor and Attending Physician in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology and Women’s Health at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx for three years with a focus on fetal medicine and therapy. She then traveled abroad and worked as an Associate Specialist in Fetal Medicine at the Harris Birthright Research Center at King’s College Hospital in London where she received training in performing laser surgeries for Twin-Twin Transfusion Syndrome. In 2015, she joined the faculty at CHOP.
Her areas of interest include early diagnosis of fetal anomalies, fetal therapy, and complicated multiple gestations. She is board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine. She is also a wife and mom of three boys who likes to spend any free moment distance running and learning about nutrition and physician wellness.
