My research focuses on the application of pharmaceutical sciences to women’s health research. I utilize organ-on-chip devices and artificial intelligence to predict the pharmacokinetics of chemical drugs during pregnancy. Also, I am exploring the drug transport mechanism at maternal and fetal interface considering fetal membrane as an alternate route of transport mechanism other than the placenta. Additionally, investigating the role of fetal micro chimerism in the progression of maternal allergic disorders.
