1 in 2 patients diagnosed with FGR at 18 – 24 weeks' gestation will be SGA at delivery. Fetuses diagnosed with FGR having an EFW ≤ 3rd percentile are more likely to be SGA at delivery. These pregnancies are also more likely to be associated with maternal hypertensive disorders of pregnancy.
