This scientific session will provide the audience an unconventional and state-of-art knowledge and experience from world renowned experts in the field of placenta accreta spectrum. Our experts will supplement us with pearls as well as tips and tricks for PAS diagnosis and how imaging evolves from first trimester throughout the third trimester. Speakers will present their recent cutting-edge research for early detection of PAS utilizing circulating trophoblasts and biomarkers. Challenging cases and learning lessons will be shared. Then speakers will guide us on tips and tricks to reduce blood loss and the need for blood transfusion. Experience in conservative management of PAS will be presented along with hands-on simulation of surgical techniques and approaches.
