This scientific forum presents a cutting-edge platform for a comprehensive discourse on the latest advancements in fetal surgery. The agenda will encompass the role of fetoscopic laser ablation in the management of vasa previa. Subsequently, we will combine evidence and experience to elucidate the classification and management of selective fetal growth restriction and atypical TTTS—a notably challenging topics for debate within the field of fetal surgery. Our pediatric interventionists will then share their invaluable experiences in the realm of prenatal treatment for vein of Galen malformation and fetal genome editing. Additionally, we will explore intrauterine fetal anemia treatment, evaluating recent breakthroughs in this important topic of obstetric history. Finally, the session will conclude with a discussion on the innovative technique of amnioinfusion in treating fetal renal failure.
