As a member of a multi-disciplinary Fetal Center at Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital , Blair helps families understand abnormal ultrasound findings and possible genetic etiologies, testing options and recurrence risks. Blair is also the Director of the UT Prenatal Genetic Counseling team at UTPhysicians in Houston, Texas.

In addition to seeing patients, Blair is an Associate Professor at the McGovern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center. Blair has many publications regarding prenatal genetic counseling and testing and serves as a research mentor, clinical supervisor and instructor for the University of Texas Genetic Counseling Program.
