Dr. Anna Bortnick is Associate Professor in the Division of Cardiology at Montefiore Medical Center and Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, New York. She is co-Founder and co-Director of the Maternal Fetal Medicine-Cardiology Joint Program established in 2015, which has evaluated >900 patients pre-, intra-, and post-partum for high risk cardiac disease and co-morbid risk factors. She is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Medicine and Interventional Cardiology, specializing in the invasive treatment of coronary artery disease, cardiogenic shock, and cardiac intensive care. Her research has been support by intramural funds, the American Heart Association, and a K23 award from the NHLBI.
