Dr. Pauli loves teaching and mentoring students, residents, and fellows via traditional didactics, simulation, during patient care, and in research. Her research has focused on clinical obstetrics, including hypertension, obesity, diabetes, and quality initiatives on Labor and Delivery. Another favorite part of academic medicine for her is the opportunity to write editorials, commentaries, reviews and updates for several national journals. However, her true love is and always will delivering babies, and she seizes every opportunity she can to be in the delivery room or operating room.
