Dan Kuhr is a resident physician PGY-3 in OB/GYN at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center/Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. He obtained his BS in policy analysis in management from the Cornell University College of Human Ecology, during which time he interned in the Maternal and Child Health division at the World Health Organization in Geneva, Switzerland. He attended the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences for medical school, during which he took an extra year for a predoctoral research fellowship through the National Institutes of Health Medical Research Scholars Program (NIH MRSP). During that time he studied reproductive and perinatal epidemiology at the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institutes of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD). His research there culminated in his thesis and was granted thesis honors upon graduation from medical school. He currently lives in Cleveland, OH with his husband, Patrick, and his dog, Reba.
