My name is Dr. Gal Bachar and I am a resident at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department at Rambam Health Care Campus, in Haifa, the largest tertiary hospital in northern Israel.
I graduated from the Azrieli Faculty of Medicine of the Bar-Ilan University, Israel. Prior to my MD, I completed a BSC degree at Tel Aviv University in Bio-Medicine. During my residency I began to engage in research in the fields of obstetrics, fertility and gynecology. I am a head tutor in an ongoing and active reseasrch group for obstetric studies. Additionally, I have expirience as a principal tutor for multiple medical student rotations.
In addition to the publications, I had the privilege of presenting a number of papers at conferences in Israel. I was awarded the prestigious Sadovsky prize for outstanding research from the National Gynecological Association for Obstetrics and Gynecology.
