Alison Goulding is a Maternal-Fetal Medicine Fellow at Baylor College of Medicine. She completed her MD and MSCR at the University of Michigan, and her OB/GYN residency training at the University of North Carolina. Dr. Goulding's prior research has explored the interactions between maternal mental health, childhood feeding practices, and childhood obesity, in addition to breastfeeding and postpartum contraception. Her current research interests include social determinants of health (SDoH) and understanding the mechanisms by which SDoH exert effects on maternal and neonatal health, including through epigenetic changes.
