Christopher Hong, MD is a fellow in urogynecology and reconstructive pelvic surgery at the University of Michigan. He graduated from Penn State with a B.S. in bioengineering. Thereafter, he obtained is medical degree at the University of Pittsburgh and completed residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Pennsylvania Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Hong's research involves the study of the biomechanics of pelvic floor disorders and maternal birth injury through the application of imaging and engineering tools. Additionally, he is actively involved in research related to the creation of personalized 3D-printed pessaries.
