Sebastian Z. Ramos, MD is an Assistant Professor of Maternal Fetal Medicine in the Division of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Tufts Medical Center and an Associate Principal Investigator at the Mother Infant Research Institute at Tufts University School of Medicine. He attended medical school at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and completed his Obstetrics and Gynecology residency and Maternal Fetal Medicine fellowship at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University/Women and Infants Hospital. Dr. Ramos is a current Building Interdisciplinary Research Careers in Women's Health (BIRCWH) Scholar at Tufts University studying the role of structural racism on adverse perinatal outcomes as well as disparities in adherence to evidence based medical recommendations in marginalized populations.
