Bridget M Donovan MD is a current third year Maternal Fetal Medicine fellow at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) in Boston, Massachusetts. She attended Washington and Lee University for undergraduate studies from 2007-2011 and majored in Biochemistry. From 2011-2013 Bridget worked as a research assistant in Dr Charlie Rice's Virology and Infectious Disease Laboratory at Rockefeller University. She then attended Harvard Medical School from 2013-2017 where she graduated with her MD in 2017. Bridget then completed 4 years of OBGYN residency training at the Integrated Program in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. In October 2020 she matched as a Maternal Fetal Medicine fellow at BIDMC, where she remains in training as a third year currently with continued pursuit of her interests in maternal morbidity, critical care, and PAS. She will be joining the faculty at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia in August of 2024.
