Massachusetts General Hospital
I am a Reproductive Epidemiologist and Director of the Research Accelerator Unit in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Massachusetts General Hospital. I received my MPH and PhD in Epidemiology, where my thesis work focused on infectious disease epidemiology. I also have additional training in advanced methods and am proficient in statistical software programming. In my role, I assist departmental researchers in all phases of research, including study design, data cleaning and management, and statistical consulting and analysis. I review and approve studies that seek to recruit or enroll pregnant patients within the department as a member of the Perinatal Clinical Translational Research committee. Also in my role, I cultivate and maintain clinical EHR and claims databases for ongoing research within the department, including the Maternal Health Cohort institutional database of 65,955 maternal-newborn pairs with longitudinal follow-up.
