Mark Clapp, MD MPH is a maternal-fetal medicine specialist and a health services researcher at Massachusetts General Hospital. He received his medical degree from the University of North Carolina and Masters in Public Health from Harvard School of Public Health. He completed residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women's Hospital and fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital. His research interests include using big data to study the impact of policy and practice change on obstetric care and to leverage novel machine-learning methods to develop clinically useful tools for maternal and neonatal risk stratification.
